You could try enquiring with the following:
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), Chartered Institute of Management Accontants (CIMA) as well as ACCA and the AAT (The AAT would definately be a good one to try as system work is covered in their qualifications). Also try software vendors like Sage who just about cover every financial software option.
