Any advice or suggestions. I'm interested in online subscription services that would give employees access to a bank of training and development resources and tools.
I've had a quick look at Harvard Managementor online service and it's the sort of thing I'm after but I wasn't blown away by the demo. Any reccomendations on other similar products greatfully recieved.
Thanks

Materials and resources
I would recommend goodpractice.net for their excellent content. This can be made directly avialable to managers.
Although they have some sample designs, visual aids and exercises, their strongest suit is definitely their handouts and case studies where they have a good mix of intellectual content and practical examples.

online training & development
I have used QuicKnowledge.com for 3 years to supplement a soft skills series I market and conduct. I find it extremely flexible, easy to get through, and content rich. You can use it for quick reference, for “just in time” knowledge, stand alone learning for scattered locations (it has pre and post assessment along with a personal action plan), or as blended learning. I would be pleased to provide you with additional information and access to an evaluation subscription. Contact me direct at jconnor330@comcast.net.
Cheers!
