How many managers? What’s changed for them that they now need to know the theory but can already implement strategy? Why would they go on a public course rather than together work on strategy given they are with the same organisation (?)
There is only one manager who needs this training and they are a
She needs to ensure that the business strategy moves the business forward –
she works in the Travel industry and since Sept 11th there has been a dip in
performance and profit. The manager has implemented other peoples strategy
in the past, but now needs to move forward and be the one who is responsible
for devising the strategy. She wants to mix with other people at her level
from other organisations to see what she can learn from them.
