I'm trying to find a good training company with which to do my CIPD CTP. So far, I'm drawn towards the Bradfield Group in Cambridge but it's quite a long way from home. However, if they're good, then I'll willingly travel.
Any strong recommendations for Bradfield (or any other great training company) PLEASE let me know.
FYI : I live near London.

I live in the north of England, so recomendations around here are of no use. However, a lot of colleges deliver this, you could try the internet, or contact the CIPD, who will have a list of providers in your area.

FE Colleges are usually the best bet for these courses.
OR try the institute itself. I’m sure CIPD do distance learning programmes.
CTP – London
Hi I am currently studying for my CTP with a company called DPG who deliver course in London, Bristol, Birmingham. They are good, the course requires 1 day a month attendance for 8 months. I am thoroughly enjoying it! All the best!
CTP Dilemma…
Karen – the trouble is that it is not so much the providing company that makes the different – it is the trainer(s) on the course. It is thay who bring it to life. The same provider could run two CTPs with different trainers – one talented, one not so… The syllabus and assessment will be largely the same wherever you go. Admin support can make a difference. Get recommendations, and ask who the specific trainers were. And Cambridge is only 50 mins from Kings Cross!

I did my CTP with a company called MOL.
The course involved attending a one day workshop once a month over the course of a year.
The workshop I attended was just off Tottenham Court Road in London.

CTP – BPP Malpas
Hi,
I’m just coming to the end of studying for my CTP.
I’m studying through BPP Malpas, who have centres in London, Birmingham, and Milton Keynes (among others, but these are your nearest).
It’s a 6-month course, which they run in two blocks of 5 days a few months apart, with the rest being self-study. We had a great trainer & a fantastic group, & the study materials are pretty good.
Key factor for me was cost, & this provider was loads less expensive than most.
