I am currently researching/writing my MSc dissertation on training evaluation. I am currently looking at the relatively new "Taxonomy Of Training And Development Outcomes", (TOTADO) training evaluation method.
Having searched of a number of academic databases and having spoken to the methods creator, it transpires that the use of this model has largely been practitioner led.
As such, I have the following request:
Does your organisation use / or has it used the TOTADO training evaluation methodology?
Would you be happy to share your results / experiences with me?
