This week I was lucky enough to be on the panel for judging Training Department of the Year (Public Sector) for the LPI Learning awards in February 2012. All five applicants made compelling cases for winning, and it was a very difficult decision to make, but make it we did. I’ve not been on a judging panel before, and it was a fascinating insight into organisational development, how different public sector businesses are coping with the various cutbacks, and not least, the art and craft of a good presentation.
Next week might be too busy to get a blog post in, so have a great couple of weeks.
