The author asks why anyone would want to work in HR but the answer appears just below Lucy Adams' photo………
£320,000 a year (salary…, not to mention the perks, the pension and the chance [now ruined] to award yourself a massive golden goodbye) is a pretty hefty reason for anyone to consider a particular career. And they say that people in HR aren't good with numbers!
