...step it up a gear. Events season moves into full swing this month, with the LPI's annual conference/expo, Learning Live, happening in nine days' time. Through a combination of having bought into the scare stories about Olympics traffic, and being hands-on-deck with a new baby at home, it's been a fair while since I set foot in the capital. It'll be good to make the journey.
It was my stag weekend last weekend, so for the first half of last week I felt a bit like my head was filled with cotton wool - but that's now a distant memory (what I can remember), and on to putting the finishing touches to the wedding. I've never planned one of these before, and I hope I don't have to do it again, but the wedding table plan is surely the most complicated bit of logistics the world has ever seen isn't it? LOCOG administrators would be weeping, I'm sure. We're almost there with it though, and after that I have no doubt the rest of the day will fall into place. *crosses fingers*
