Cheshire-based European tour professional golfer Jamie Donaldson has joined forces with change management and leadership specialists SFL, to show the parallels between the fairways and the boardroom.

Ranked in the top 100 in Europe, Jamie has racked up a series of successes on
tour throughout his career. His dream of becoming a professional golfer began in
his teens as a club champion, progressing to county and national champion and in 2001 Jamie earned his card as a European tour player.

Jamie said: "There are huge parallels between business change and sport in that
success comes from hard work, commitment and overcoming challenges to consistently push yourself to achieve."

SFL’s work is centred around delivering the people aspects of business change and it has worked with organisations such as Lloyds TSB, Littlewoods and 23 UK fire and rescue services.
