I am currently working with my team to reformulate job descriptions for the above roles. This is partly as a job evaluation exercise and partly to redfine the roles and develop competencies.
We are looking to have 2 roles one of a training deliverer and the other that of a Consultant.
Any examples would be greatly appreciated and you can have copies of my finished work.
