   2. We used a trainer who ran a job evaluation training course called job eval without sex/race bias etc,etc.But that might be over egging the pud re your present needs

   3. Try the Employment Tribunals. The equal value procedure in equal pay claims means they have a panel of ind experts who might be able to help or signpost you
