As part of my project for my Certificate in Training Practice I am reviewing the training requirements of my actual position of Training Manager. I have compared the job spec with other similar posts within my organisation but am now looking to benchmark against similar positions in other organisations. I am a training Manager, with a staff of 3, and we provide training in records management eg filing. Would anyone be prepared to provide me with a copy of their job spec to use as a benchmark.
