Jonathan Kirby has extensive experience as a manager of teams large and small, distributed and local, within the context of multinational companies. He believes that paying attention to the things that makes teams work is a major factor in business success. Team-building activities can play a useful role here, though care must be taken to ensure their relevance. Having had a parallel career as a performing artist, Jonathan has combined his business and artistic interests in Kagemusha Ltd. As a trained Taiko drummer, he now leads team-building workshops using Taiko (Japanese-style drumming) as the primary medium, while continuing to work on education and artistic projects.
