I have been working as a coach for over 15 years. My general aim in coaching is to support intelligent design and management of organisational change, personal change and behavioural risks affecting health, safety and stress at work.

My research interests in relation to coaching include the underlying psychological models of the person and society, appropriate use of humour and emotion, and effective interface design and management.
I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Fellow of the CIPD and the RSA, a member of The Ergonomics Society, the Psychological Society of Ireland and the World Futures Society.
A chartered psychologist, I have degrees in psychology, ergonomics and economics; and diplomas in management consultancy, counselling, career guidance and distance learning. Registered at Level 2 (Full) on the BPS Register of Competence in Occupational Testing and with all leading test publishers in the U.K.
