I once had a really helpful document which showed what L&D priorities, activities, and strategy should be focussed on to support an organisation under each of the headings for the Business Lifecycle stages (Seed, Start Up, Growth, Established, Expansion, Mature, Exit).
However it has been lost over time!
I would be really grateful if someone can help out with this…
