Hi Kelley – I would need to know more details about the approach to leadership that you are wanting to take before being able to say we have something to offer you.
Mike Pedler, John Burgoyne and myself have a book coming out in October, published by McGraw-Hill, entitled “A Manager’s Guide to Leadership”. This looks at 7 Leadership Practices and 14 Challenges where leadership may need to be exercised. This forms the basis of workshops should they meet your requirements.
Further my company Inter~Logics runs a Leadership workshop based on what is variously known as Relational or Connected Leadership. This is mainly about new approaches that are appropriate in situations where knowledge, purpose and power are distributed across diverse communities and working groups (eg networks, multi-agency working, partnering, working across teams/units/professional groups within an organisation).
We also have links with the UK stream of the Center for Creative Leadership.
