Does anyone have a copy of or know where I can access a Tannenbaum & Schmidt leadership styles questionnaire. Or even something similar.
I have used these in the past and found them quite useful for management training.

The model is followed in the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership Questionnaire (He of One Minute Manager Fame) and also try the Management Styles Questionnaire produced by Hay Group. This one fits well with Goleman’s work on EQ as well. Good luck
