The topic of this post reflects how I feel about writing on the subject of learning and development strategy, not because so much has already been written about it, but about how disappointed I am with myself. A couple of years ago I started writing a series of posts about this subject, but never completed it. I tried again a couple of times, but kept on starting and not finishing. Since one of the disciplines I am trying to develop is to start and finish personal projects, I have decided to have a go at it again. The good thing is, I have actually finished writing all the posts before starting (what in the world does that mean?). So before writing any posts here, I actually typed out all the posts to ensure I don’t start what I won’t finish. I will also convert all the posts into an ebook once I finish writing them here.
Look out for my first post on the subject titled: What is a learning and development strategy?
