The Organisational Development Network has established a new electronic learning group for professionals joining the OD sector who wish to keep in touch with each other, receive mentoring support, exchange ideas, etc.
This learning group runs in parallel with others already established by the network for people of colour, coaches, and promoting dialogue.
Each of the groups are free to join and rely upon email and electronic communication to promote group interchanges.
