An article by Peter Honey in the March issue of Training Officer magazine, also recently published on Peter's website describes a recent initiative in Buckinghamshire where Peter and others were involved in promoting wider use of Learning Logs to record learning amongst students, trainees and others.

The results make for interesting reading - a mixed reaction was perhaps to be expected. As a result of this pilot, the articles helpfully lists a series of useful tips, grouped under

- ideas to help introduce learning logs, and
- ideas to sustain the use of learning logs.
