    Hi Tony, We have a one-hour DVD on Mentoring Skills (email me for details at richard.naish@qiconcepts.co.uk) which has been used by many blue chip organisations to train their mentors. There is a 7-day free preview for this DVD as well. We also an online learning programme is designed for all mentors who are mentoring other people. Best regards
