Demonstration of Learning Styles
Hi,
I know your question was focussed at determining learning styles but i would recommend that following the delegates completing the questionnaire and identifying their own style you run some exercises mixing same style members and then debrief. For example I ran a Treasure Hunt and had same style groups. The activists ran off like headless chickens and the theorists all sat behind to work out how to do the hunt! It was great to review how people behaved and then link to learning, training design & delivery etc.
