This time last year, TrainingZONE launched its first ever survey
into the current state of training in the workplace. Training
Trends 2001 duly revealed that online learning and coaching were
experiencing an upsurge, while classroom-based training remained
at the core of training delivery. The 400 training professionals
who responded also told us companies they worked in were
increasingly likely to incorporate training into regular staff
reviews, but that very few were carrying out any in-depth post-
learning evaluation.
A year on, and we're revisiting the study to find out what's
changed. Has the way you deliver training changed significantly
in the last 12 months? Are some training methods more successful
