Editor's note
=============
Research unveiled last week by Templeton College, Oxford argues
that maintaining interest and commitment from today's 'knowledge
workers' requires a complex psychological contract. Employee
involvement and good job design are key factors to maintaining
this contract positively, according to the researchers, who add
that managers need to look carefully at how to 'create the right
social conditions for innovation'.

On a more mundane level, we make maintaining a physical contract
with your staff slightly more easier this week with the
publication of off-the-shelf contracts and pro formas from
OneClickHR.
