As a trainer, what makes you stand out from the rest? How do you
know what you're offering marks you out above others in the same
market? 'Added value' is the phrase on many HRD professionals'
lips these days and it's presenting a serious challenge. Are we
getting the best value out of the training budget? How much more
value can we get out of the latest training technology? Does
classroom training still add value? Is e-learning adding more
value than traditional methods? But what does 'value' actually
mean?

TrainingZONE will be throwing open a live lunchtime debate on
this subject at the Training Solutions show on 19 June. We're
keen to hear from members who feel they have something to
contribute to the discussion, and would be interested in sitting
on a panel to share their views in this open forum. Drop us a

to the debate and we'll be in touch. For those of you less keen
