Editor's note
==============
E-learning continues its rise in popularity in the workplace, but
attitudes towards using it are becoming more measured, according
to a major research study into Training Trends in 2002 published
today.

The survey of TrainingZONE members, conducted between December
2001 and February 2002, highlights a strong market in training
and development for the coming year, with a strong emphasis on
techniques which help to develop the individual.

Any Answers
-----------
Got a burning question? Why not ask 38,000 training
professionals if they can help?
https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/community/anyanswers/index.html

A selection from this week's questions:

- How can training programmes or training models help academics
to re-appraise their teaching approach with technology?, asks
Paula Hodgson
https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/item/79077/728

- Does anyone have any info/tips on how to improve the skills of
an interviewer, (me!), particularly in relation to
paraphrasing/rephrasing questions and clarification of
responses?, asks Ann Marie McKenna
https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/item/79052/728

Thanks to Mary Jackson, Colin Hamilton and Gareth Pugh, who
were among those sharing the benefit of their expertise with
other members this week.
