What’s the training market worth?
———————————
Did you know? The training market in the UK is estimated to be
worth between 3.5bn GBP and 4bn GBP a year. That’s according to
leading market research analysts Key Note, who have published
their latest comprehensive review of the private sector training
market. According to the research, there was a fall in the
growth of the training market last year, due in part to a move
towards more in-house training. Technology-based training is
less popular than expected, with e-learning being used for
specific purposes. On a brighter note, Key Note forecasts a
return to growth in 2004. Key Note reports are invaluable for
anyone wishing to track developments in their own industry or
others – and this is no exception. There are over 500 market and
industry reports to choose from. Purchase a snapshot, digest
or the full report – and access free sample reports – now at
https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/common/keynote/
Evaluating leadership development
———————————-
Are you interested in the answers to these questions?
– Is leadership about something innate or can we really influence
it?
– How can I define leadership both qualitatively and
quantitatively?
– How do I gauge whether leadership has improved?
– What difference would better leadership mean for my
organisation?
– How do I get senior people to admit they need to work on their
leadership skills?
– How do I get real commitment for my leadership programmes?
Then share ideas and find simple answers to these and many other
issues. Subscribe now to EvaluationZone and join us online on
Friday 5th July at 1600 hours (BST/GMT+1). For more details, see
