Editor's note
=============

A couple of weeks ago, we asked you to tell us just exactly what
it's like being a Training Manager in 2002. We were inundated with
members willing to tell all, so many thanks to those of you who
agreed to share your experiences with the rest of the TrainingZONE
audience. This week, we publish the first in a series of '10
questions for Training Managers', together with 'a day in the life'
of a training adviser in a legal firm. We hope you find these as
interesting as we did - and please do keep them coming!
Read what Christine Bell, Senior Training Manager at Eversheds gets
up to in a typical working day now at
https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/item/88423

Read Malcolm Porter of Thomson Directories responses to our '10
questions for Training Managers' at
https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/item/88426

p.s. thanks to everyone who sent in questions for Ivan Lewis MP,
Minister for Adult Learning. We'll be collecting the best of the
questions up and putting them to the Minister in the next few
weeks, so stay tuned for his response!
