Editor's note
=============

October sees the last of the main HRD conference and exhibitions
of the year, with the CIPD National Conference at Harrogate
towards the end of the month, and the World of Learning
Conference and Exhibition, or WOLCE, at the NEC this Tuesday and
Wednesday. As ever, we'll be bringing you the latest news and
views and a few exclusive interviews from both events.

We'll also be looking ahead to what the conference year in 2003
holds in the coming weeks. Will there be new shows emerging,
will the existing conferences be bigger and better or smaller and
more streamlined, and who's likely to be new on the conference
circuit? Stay tuned to TrainingZONE to find out...
