The question I have therefore is why does the Motor Industry do this year on year.
This is the format:
Yr 1 Lets train!!
Yr 2 No Training-Can't afford to
Yr 3 Why have we so many untrained people- Managers and Sales
Yr 4 Lets train!!!
Yr 5 YEP YOU GETTING THE MESSAGE!!
But all is not lost because staff turnover is so high we can always start all over again but do we that's the question.
