I have been tasked with deisgning a full set of competencies for a firm of international in-house lawyers. Whilst I am confident I can do this work, I always like to benchmark/seek resources!!!
So has anyone done this before ?
Are there any sources you can recommend?
Any professional bodies or other firms willing to share their competencies?
