The Library is an expanding Resource Centre of practical materials, briefings, training activities, utilities, white papers, advice pages and applications which you can view online and/or download. Resources are created by a wide range of publishers and contributing authors. The Library operates on a pay-per-view basis with payment charged to your credit card or account. Each resource has a stated license period and you can re-access the resource at any during the license period without charge.
- Browse through the Toolkit Library categories and pages to find the resources you require.
- Click on the summary link to find out more about that item.
- Check you can open the type of file shown against each resource e.g. Word, Acrobat, PowerPoint. All files work on all operating systems unless indicated otherwise.
- If you have read the summary and wish to purchase, click on the Buy link. If you are a visitor to TrainingZONE, you will be asked to Register. If you are already a registered member, you will be asked to log in. This registration/login security is to protect the confidentiality of your billing details and prevents other people from charging resources to you.
- Your billing details will be collected or checked.
- When you confirm the purchase, you can access the resource. If your billing is by credit card, access is instantaneous; if you opt for invoice billing, your account will normally take one working day to be set up.
- A list of your licensed resources are available in My Documents, or you can access individual items by revisiting this page and clicking the Access button.

We always check resources for operating problems and viruses. It is good practice to maintain your own virus protection software and to ensure this is active at all times.
Important note to purchasers: A number of the materials in this Library could be used to form part of new training programmes themselves. Please note that if you wish to use these materials in your own courses, you must
contact us first for a licence to do so, for which a charge will be made. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
