Can anyone offer any advice on licencing my course - Profit From Unlimited Thinking - for trainers?
How would the MO actually operate?

Is licencing the same as accreditation?
If so, see Get your training accredited
at https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/news/expertguides/
not the same
.. in my view.
With accreditation you would be the sole practitioner (as I understand it).
With licencing, any courses you may have devised can be undertaken by other trainers.
I’m no expert but…
In the past I have purchased ‘licensed’ training courses & material – the license was treated as part of a complete package which was subject to a contract.
So, under contract, I purchaed training materials, a train the trainer /handover event(the seller had to ensure my credibility to run his course in a suitable way) and a license to run the course which was renewable annually.
As far as I can see, as long as you can prove the material is your own (through copyright or whatever), then you can draw up a licence and contract, (to purchase the complete package,) through your legal representative.
With the material I purchased, there was various licensing options based on either numbers of people trained or number of courses run or based on a specifiied time frame (each had different prices attached).
Not sure if that helps but good luck.

Thank you Clive
Splendid. That’s been most helpful.
I shall now have to think of all the caveats etc and then shake some pennies at my legal bods!
Thanks again, Euphrosene
