A new £200,000 scheme to offer education and training opportunities to NHS staff without formal qualifications was launched today by Scottish Health Minister Sam Galbraith.
"Return to Learn" has been developed by UNISON as a training package for employed adults who have few if any formal qualifications. It will encourage staff to enter further education by providing easy access, by building their confidence and developing their learning skills.
