The Open University (OU) and the University of East London are looking for contributors to a online discussion they are hosting into lifelong learning. Topics under discussion will include "what does lifelong learning mean?" and "what should we be doing to support lifelong learning?".
The responses will be fed back to UK researchers, policy makers and practitioners working with the OU and the University to help inform directions in policy, practice and research. Initial contributions to the debates will be fed into a meeting at the University in July.
Anyone with an interest in the subject can log in to the debates, which launch later this month. Once up-and-running, the discussion area will be available at www.open.ac.uk.
