Linkage Incorporated are running two more conferences on HR-related topics in addition to the Emotional Intelligence event we announced last month.
The events are Innovative HR Structures & Strategies, which is running from 22 - 26 May 2000 at the Gloucester Millennium Hotel, London, and the 3rd Annual Coaching & Mentoring Conference, which takes place from 3 - 6 July 2000 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London. The Coaching and Mentoring Conference will be addressing issues such as the identification and development of high potential leaders and developing a formal coaching programme. It will also aim to cover the evaluation of the Return on Investment (ROI) of a coaching strategy, something which George Edwards discussed at this week's on-line workshop.
'Innovative HR Structures & Strategies' will include a day's discussion on implementing an effective HR outsourcing strategy, and offers the chance to benchmark current hot topics in HR against over 20 leading best practice organisations, including GlaxoWellcome, LloydsTSB, Cable & Wireless and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
