I am running a short listening skills session for volunteer debt counsellors. I'd like to use relevant video clips, which highlight the importance of picking up on the unsaid, so that volunteers can get to the root of the real cause of the debt problem and identify any other relevant issues (eg relationship breakdown, addiction etc).
We are a charity, so can't afford a major splash-out!!
Apologies if this kind of question has come up before but I don't seem to be adept at using the seach facilities here.

BSS video
As part of our helpline skills training, we used to use a video made by BSS (Broadcasting Support Services) which I think was called Time to Listen?
We tend to find that we can explore listening skills best by using a combination of different practical exercices and group work to share skills. We found using a video was quite time consuming.
