I work with individuals to help them develop confidence and personal and career skills. this may be following redundancy or other work trauma, or simply for personal development. I also work with managers and employees to resolve areas of conflict and difficult working relationships.
Additionally, I develop people to have a positive attitude and understanding of e-business issues, and change the organisational culture to meet new demands
Qualifications
I have a first degree in Education and in May 2001, will have a Masters in Education and Training Management.
