As part of the roll-out of the national network of Learning Centres by the UfI, the first 68 local learning centres were announced and opened on 24 November. The UfI website provides the list and contact details.

The Centres are established in a wide range of community building, employment and training centres, employers premises, etc to be widely accessible to a wide range of people. All offer a range of computer-based training programmes.

The network is scheduled to expand rapidly before the formal launch next September
