Are you a training department of one?

Do you know someone who is a training department of one?

We solo-performers have special situations and special needs. Having observed that the majority of publications are directed toward those working in large training departments... I would like to compile a list of solo-performers. The purpose of this list is:
1) To provide feedback to ASTD and ISPI on our numbers,
2) To provide a list of contacts with situations like my own,
3) To leverage the possibility of a sponsored listserv for solo-performers,
4) To do additional research on the situation of solo-performers.
