Can anyone recommend a business simulation game which they have used? I'm looking for something that is interactive, fun and worthwhile (at a reasonable cost).
It will be used as part of a leadership programme, therefore, I need a game which can bring out key points e.g. risk, collaboration, change, etc
Please only reply if you have used something you could recommend - don't just send me details of YOUR product...

Have you looked at the Tom Peters Business School in a Box
It is one of the most flexible and worthwhile games I have encountered.

Simulation Games
Try “Liberation” from Sandstone Ltd (www.sandstone.co.uk). I used it in the RAF – very effective, very powerful and really great fun as well. It revolves around an animal rights attack on a research plant and is extremely realistic. It can be ‘done’ real time over two days or shrunk to half a day. There are different modules focussing on different issues and you can pick and mix. Very competetively priced – around £80 for a single use I believe but check with Sandstone for accurate latest details.
