Hi

I am currently researching new approaches to Low Volume Training / Inductions.

We have a 3 week induction model which does not always fit for some roles or some departments due to their low volume in delegates.

Is anyone happy to share their approaches / models they use to low volume training

Id appreciate any suggestions to help me build a conceptual design model

Thanks

  1. elearning.powerpoint

I created an induction pack entirely on powerpoint and saved a slideshow so people could use it in the same way as a didactic elearning module.

this was quick and cheap and helped with the low volume
