I have, in the past, written training policies, which had an element about the design, delivery and evaluation of management development in them. I am being asked to write a specific Management Development Policy. Does anyone have an example, or can point me in the right direction for a useful resource to investigate. Thanks.

    Have you tried the HSE or CIPD websites? They have example policies for a number of situations so it would be worth checking out.
