Gloucester City Council seek bids from interested organisations to design and deliver an in-house programme for their junior managers. The programme must build on their existing Supervisory Award and must allow participants to progress to their Certificate in Management Award (first year of the MBA programme).

Closing date for bids is 10 January 2000.
