There is an excellent tool I’ve used for many years – from Chartwell – don’t have contact info to hand – will dig it out if you would like.
Not the latest in management styles thinking – but you could start from worse places
Oldie but Goodie
Ignore those who say that Blake and Mouton are old-fashioned: this is solid stuff that works!
