Managing at Distance

I've recently had a training request for managing at a distance or something around managing virtual/ international teams'.

Does anyone know a really good training provider working in this area? Or, do you know of any specific training courses in this area?

Thank you to all those who got in touch to help with my training request – I have been inundated! I'm so sorry if I have not managed to speak to you individually or if I've not managed to respond to you in anyway. As you can imagine a lot of people wanted to help me with this and I've now got many many options.
