Has anyone got any information about how to gauge or measure how successful someone is likely to be at learning manual skills? I have some ideas on using a questionnaire based on the NLP ideas of preference for seeing, hearing or feeling, but would be interested in thoughts on how to measure self motivation and the impact of the trainer who trains them. I am prepared to use any form of psychometric testing that may be of use.
