Does anyone know of any evaluation studies of the marketing aspect of running an externally led Employee Development Scheme (e.g. a TEC or College run EDS aimed at local SMEs) ? I have a fair number of EDS reports that touch on the marketing issue but generally they don't go into much detail.
We are running an Adapt funded EDS project here at the college and this information would provide very useful background to our own marketing evaluation - any pointers would be greately appreciated!
