On Tuesday afternoon there will be a mass lobby of MPs to protest about the management and closure of the ILA programme. A cross-party line-up of speakers will review the problems of the scheme on the same afternoon, and the apparent failure of government to take responsibility for the flaws in it, or for the financial damage to community centres and training providers.
The protest has been initiated by the recently-formed Association of Computer Trainers, and by Roger Tuckett of Henley Community Online.
