I’m looking for material on Training(generally speaking). It’s part of a HR course and it should include introductional elements for training-definions, aims, tools, assessment,needs analysis, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated(speacially PP presentations).

Take a look at the Resources section of http://www.trainerbase.co.uk. There are over 500, posted by the members themselves, mostly free and include at least some of the material you are talking about.
